Draw Near Dwell Well

Scriptural truths, spiritual practices, and helpful resources to help you overcome overwhelm and live deeply connected to God, yourself, and others.

What if our understanding of faith is upside-down?

Many of us feel emotionally overwhelmed and spiritually under-awed. Daily, we fight frustration, battle burnout, and crave connection. We yearn for deeper faith and richer relationships, but we wonder where to start.

We seek more than a faith that knows about God, does for God, or strives to meet expectations we imagine come from God. That kind of faith leaves us feeling frustrated, disconnected, and like something’s missing. That’s because it is! We’ve missed the invitation.

The life of faith is about accepting a big, beautiful invitation to draw near to—and dwell well with—God. It’s an invitation—not to meet an expectation or amass more information, but to experience intimacy and transformation.

Are you ready to conquer overwhelm, embrace healing, and become more whole? If so, I invite you to join me in exploring soul care and spiritual formation practices that help us connect more deeply with God, ourselves, and others. A sweeter, simpler, more joy-sparking, and peace-giving faith awaits!

What folks are saying about Draw Near Dwell Well
  • “There is so much I appreciate about Christine’s teaching. Instead of drinking from a fire house, learning from her is more like sipping ice-cold water on a hot, Texas day — refreshing, renewing, spiritually hydrating. Drawing on her vast study of the Word and theology, blending it with her passion for art, music and poetry, then weaving it in with the every days, you get a full, immersive experience of Truth.”

    Tracy Schneider, Women’s Leader

  • “Perfectly blending biblical teaching with humor and story, Christine is one the most engaging teachers we’ve ever hosted.”

    Ginger Armstrong, Women’s Director

  • “Christine is one of my favorite students from decades of training women to teach. She is intelligent and has rapidly mastered homiletical skills. She handles God’s Word with excellence, and her lived experiences add depth to her teaching.”

Jackie Roese, She Can Teach Director
