ABOUT US
At The Holy Shift, we believe the upside-down kingdom of God is the right way forward in faith and life.
Our founder, Christine Crawford, is a published author and theology geek who loves helping folks explore the challenging truths of Jesus’ teaching. She holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is pursuing her Master’s in Media Arts and Worship. Christine has contributed to Bible studies on Nehemiah and Ephesians and developed curricula on Purpose & Identity, Drawing Near & Dwelling Well, Soul Stewardship, The Theology of Suffering, The Ministry of Art, and The Chosen. Her writing has been featured in publications such as Fathom, Devotion Magazine, Rehumanize International, Shout Outdoor Lifestyle Magazine, DTS Voice, The Coffee Cup Bible Study Series, and Texas Poetry Magazine. She has earned awards from the Texas Poetry Society and the Evangelical Press Association.
Passionate about welcoming everyone to experience Jesus, Christine is a dedicated advocate for the exploited, marginalized, and vulnerable—a commitment that drives her work and our community mission.
If you’d like to help shift the perspective on Jesus, what he taught, and why it matters, please consider contributing to the ministry.

* celebrate art and stories that inspire awe and pique curiosity
* create curriculum that explores the challenging truths and common misconceptions of Jesus’ teaching
* conduct conversations that model civil discourse, facilitate respectful dialogue, and foster unity
* organize community service events that benefit the exploited, marginalized, and vulnerable
